Elite Fight Fitness is a booking platform and intermediary. We do not directly operate Muay Thai gyms, accommodation, airlines, transport providers, visa authorities, insurance providers, or other third-party services.

Training, accommodation, facilities, schedules, transport, visa documentation, and other services are provided by independent third-party providers, including partner gyms and external service providers. Our role is to help facilitate bookings, communication, and coordination between customers and relevant providers.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant gym or provider. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Elite Fight Fitness or the relevant provider. A booking may become non-refundable once Elite Fight Fitness, the gym, accommodation provider, or any relevant third-party provider has confirmed, reserved, allocated, or started arranging any part of the booking.

Prices are shown on our website or communicated during the booking process. Unless stated otherwise, full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on gym, package, season, duration, accommodation, availability, and currency. Payment processing fees, bank charges, card fees, currency conversion fees, and third-party fees may apply.

Checkout is powered by Stripe and accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. Klarna lets eligible customers split payment into three interest-free instalments and may run a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, subject to Klarna's terms and eligibility. Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for Klarna eligibility, rejection, or third-party processing fees. We are not responsible for additional charges applied by your bank, card provider, payment provider, or currency exchange provider.

Part of the amount paid may include Elite Fight Fitness's platform, booking, coordination, customer support, payment processing, and administrative service fee. This portion may be earned once the booking is processed and may be non-refundable where work has already been performed.

Each package may include different services. It is your responsibility to check the specific package description before booking. Packages may include, depending on the selected option: Muay Thai training, accommodation, meals, private sessions, airport transfers, gym access, visa documentation support, or additional activities. Unless expressly stated, packages do not include:

Partner gyms and third-party providers are independent businesses. You acknowledge that:

Muay Thai, combat sports, fitness training, strength training, conditioning, sparring, and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, fatigue, dehydration, bruising, strains, fractures, concussion, and other physical harm. By booking, you confirm that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk, you are responsible for assessing your own fitness and medical suitability, you will inform the gym of any relevant medical condition or injury, you will follow trainer instructions and safety rules, you will stop training if you feel unwell or unsafe, and you are responsible for arranging suitable insurance before travelling or training.

Elite Fight Fitness is not liable for injuries, illness, accidents, loss, or damage arising from participation in training or related activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, training injuries, trip cancellation, visa refusal, travel disruption, lost baggage, and personal liability.

You are responsible for checking and complying with all passport, visa, immigration, entry, health, and travel requirements for Thailand. Elite Fight Fitness may help coordinate visa-related documents where a package includes visa documentation support, such as gym confirmation letters, training confirmation, acceptance letters, or invitation letters. However:

DTV is not required for every international customer who comes to Thailand to train Muay Thai. Some customers may enter using visa exemption, visa on arrival, a tourist visa, or another visa type depending on nationality, length of stay, travel history, and current Thai immigration rules. DTV is generally relevant for customers seeking a longer-stay visa route connected to Muay Thai or other eligible Thai soft-power activities. Customers must not assume a DTV is required simply because they are booking Muay Thai training.

Where a package includes or requires DTV documentation, gym confirmation letters, acceptance letters, training confirmation, invitation letters, or other administrative documents, work may begin shortly after booking confirmation. You acknowledge that once visa paperwork or administrative processing has started, related costs will be deducted from any refund that may otherwise be available, and once visa paperwork has been completed, submitted, issued, or paid for, the related fees are strictly non-refundable. A gym may charge separately for documentation, acceptance letters, memberships, or admin processing. Elite Fight Fitness does not guarantee that documentation will result in visa approval. You must provide accurate information and required documents promptly; delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information are your responsibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, consistent, and submitted on time, including your full legal name, passport details, nationality, travel dates, visa status, training and accommodation dates, contact information, medical or fitness information, and any documents required for visa or administrative support. Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for losses, delays, visa issues, booking issues, provider issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, late, or inconsistent information provided by the customer. No refund will be owed for services affected by customer error.

You must behave respectfully and lawfully when using our services and attending any gym or accommodation. You must not:

Gyms and providers may need to change schedules, trainers, facilities, accommodation, rooms, meal arrangements, or other package elements due to availability, operational needs, weather, maintenance, illness, staffing, safety, or events beyond their control. Where reasonable, we will assist with communication and alternatives. Elite Fight Fitness is not liable for reasonable changes made by independent providers.

Any customer-requested change to dates, gym, package, accommodation, room type, duration, guest details, visa documentation, or other booking details may be treated as a cancellation and new booking. Price differences, admin fees, provider fees, payment processing fees, and non-refundable costs may apply. Elite Fight Fitness is not required to approve any customer-requested change unless confirmed in writing.

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (below). By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

Our website may include links, recommendations, or access to third-party services such as flights, hotels, insurance, eSIMs, transfers, tours, or activities. These services may be provided by external providers and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for third-party websites, prices, availability, changes, cancellations, delays, or service issues.

Add-ons (such as eSIM, travel insurance, airport transfers, tours, and visa/DTV support) may be purchased on their own through Elite Fight Fitness secure checkout, or added to a training package. Standalone add-on purchases are governed by these Terms, the Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

Visa and DTV add-ons follow sections 9–10 above and the visa/administrative rules in the Refund Policy. Other add-ons follow the training-only cancellation rules unless the product page states otherwise. Product-specific terms, refund notes, or disclaimers shown at checkout are binding and prevail where they conflict with these general Terms. Some add-ons are provided by external partners via affiliate links — those are not Elite Fight Fitness transactions and are subject to the provider's own terms, not this policy.

We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date, but information may change without notice. Photos, descriptions, schedules, facilities, room types, prices, and availability are provided for general guidance and may vary from the final service delivered. All website content, branding, text, design, graphics, logos, images, and videos owned or licensed by Elite Fight Fitness are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Fight Fitness shall not be liable for injury, illness, accident, or death arising from training or travel; loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings; visa refusal, delay, or immigration issues; flight delays, cancellations, or travel disruption; third-party service failures; gym schedule or provider decisions; loss of enjoyment or opportunity; or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Elite Fight Fitness is not liable for failure, delay, cancellation, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

If you have an issue with a booking, you agree to contact Elite Fight Fitness first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment provider, including booking confirmation, checkout acceptance records, email communication, policy acceptance, proof of services rendered, provider confirmations, and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Unjustified chargebacks may result in cancellation of services, refusal of future bookings, and recovery of any fees or losses incurred, where permitted by law.

Elite Fight Fitness may recommend and link to third-party services via affiliate partnerships. When you use an affiliate link, Elite Fight Fitness may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate earnings do not influence our camp recommendations, comparisons, or matching results. Affiliate links are marked "sponsored" and open externally; those services are subject to the provider's own terms, pricing, availability, and quality, not this policy. See the Affiliate Disclosure below for more.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be published on our website with the updated date. The Terms in force at the time of your booking will generally apply unless changes are required by law or agreed with you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot legally be excluded. Any disputes shall first be handled through good-faith communication with Elite Fight Fitness.

Cancel more than 7 days before your Start Date and you get your money back, minus a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the total amount paid (add-ons included) and minus any payment processing fees charged on the original transaction.

Cancel within 7 days of your Start Date and the booking is non-refundable. At that point your place, and in many cases your room and your coaching slots, have been held for you and the camp has turned other customers away. Whether an exception can be made is the camp's own decision, and the camp is responsible for it — Elite Fight Fitness will pass your request on and coordinate any refund the camp agrees to, but cannot grant one on the camp's behalf.

To cancel, contact us in writing at info@elitefightfitness.com with your full name, booking reference (if available), selected gym or package, and start date. A cancellation takes effect on the date we receive it in writing, not the date you decided to cancel.

Where a refund is due under section 2, these amounts are deducted before it is paid:

These deductions are not a second penalty: they are money that has already left Elite Fight Fitness, or that a provider will not return to us. Where a provider does return an amount we had treated as non-recoverable, we pass it on to you.

The 7-day rule in section 2 applies to these bookings too, but with a caveat that is worth reading before you book: rooms, beds, meals, transfers, and gym capacity are reserved for specific dates and are often payable to the provider immediately. Where the provider will not release those costs, they are deducted under section 3, and on a fully committed booking that can absorb most or all of the amount paid.

If you want to know what is actually recoverable on a specific package before you pay, ask us and we will check with the camp.

If you book when your Start Date is already less than 7 days away, the booking is non-refundable from the moment you pay: there is no window left before the deadline. By completing the booking you expressly request Elite Fight Fitness and the relevant providers to begin performance immediately.

Moving your Start Date does not restart the 7-day clock in your favour: the deadline is measured against the start date in force at the time you ask to cancel. Rescheduling requests are handled under section 10.

Where your booking or add-on includes DTV visa support, visa documentation, gym confirmation/acceptance/invitation letters, training confirmation, or administrative paperwork, processing may begin shortly after booking confirmation. If visa paperwork or administrative processing has already started, the cost of this work will be deducted from any refund that may otherwise be available — even if you cancel more than 7 days before your Start Date.

Once visa paperwork has been completed, submitted, issued, or paid for, the related fees are strictly non-refundable. Visa/Admin Services are non-refundable even if you change your mind, cancel your trip, choose not to apply, your visa is delayed or refused, you provide incorrect information, immigration/embassy rules change, or you no longer need the documents. Elite Fight Fitness does not guarantee visa approval — visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authority.

Standalone add-ons purchased through EFF checkout are covered by this policy. Visa/DTV add-ons follow section 7 above. Other add-ons follow the general rule in section 2 unless the product page states otherwise, and any product-specific refund note shown at checkout prevails where it conflicts. Add-ons that are already delivered, activated, or where third-party costs have been incurred are non-refundable. Affiliate/partner add-ons are not EFF transactions and are subject to the provider's own refund terms.

No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, missed training sessions, missed accommodation nights, early departures, unused meals, unused private sessions, unused transfers, unused visa/admin support, or unused package inclusions, or for customer illness, injury, or change of plans, unless otherwise required by law. Unused services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit unless expressly agreed in writing.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed. You may request to reschedule by contacting Elite Fight Fitness in writing. All rescheduling requests are subject to:

If approved, additional charges may apply. If rescheduling is denied and you choose not to attend, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under this policy. Partner gyms, accommodation providers, and other third parties may have their own policies; where a provider's policy is stricter, the provider's policy may apply, and Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for non-refundable amounts retained by third-party providers.

If a partner gym or provider is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, Elite Fight Fitness will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date, package, gym, a partial refund, or a full refund where appropriate and recoverable. The available remedy depends on the circumstances, the provider's policy, and the amount recoverable. Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for additional travel costs, flight changes, lost holiday time, or indirect losses caused by provider cancellation.

Refunds are not guaranteed where you cannot attend because of visa refusal or delay, passport or immigration issues, overstay history, incomplete documents, incorrect application information, failure to meet visa eligibility or financial requirements, missed deadlines, flight cancellation, travel disruption, illness or injury, personal circumstances, or change of plans. Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, training injuries, trip cancellation, visa refusal or delay, travel disruption, flight issues, lost baggage, personal liability, and emergency repatriation. Elite Fight Fitness is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

Elite Fight Fitness is not liable for cancellations, delays, disruption, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war or civil unrest, government action, border closure, immigration rule changes, epidemic or pandemic, airline or transport disruption, gym closure for safety reasons, and power, internet, or system failures. In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling options, if any, will depend on provider policies and recoverable amounts.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or currency provider. Refunds may be reduced by payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion costs, third-party provider costs, non-refundable admin or visa/documentation fees, platform/booking/coordination/support/administrative fees already earned, and any other non-recoverable costs.

If you have a problem with your booking, you agree to contact Elite Fight Fitness first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. If you open a chargeback, we reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in cancellation of services, refusal of future bookings, and recovery of fees or losses where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Some customers may have mandatory consumer rights depending on their country of residence; however, many travel, accommodation, leisure, and date-specific bookings may be excluded from standard cooling-off rights. Where mandatory law applies, this policy will be interpreted to comply with it.

A price match can only be requested and applied before your payment is completed. We cannot match, adjust, or refund the difference on a price after payment has been made. There is no retroactive price matching.

Contact us in writing before you pay at info@elitefightfitness.com, with full details and proof of the price you found elsewhere — a working link, a clear screenshot, or a written quote — so our team can review it. Tell us the gym, the package, the dates, and the inclusions so we can compare like for like.

For a price match to be considered, the competing price must:

Any price match is subject to the relevant gym's or provider's approval and to our review. We may decline a request at our discretion, or where the gym does not approve it. If a price match is approved, we confirm the matched price to you in writing before you pay. Price match does not apply to third-party or affiliate travel services (flights, hotels, eSIMs, insurance, transfers, tours), which are sold under the provider's own pricing.

Strictly necessary cookies deliver core functionality such as language preference, session state, security, and form behaviour. These are always active and cannot be disabled.

Where enabled, analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform in aggregate, so we can improve content, navigation, and the camp finder.

Some links on the Travel Essentials page are affiliate links. When you click them, third-party partners may set cookies to attribute referrals, and Elite Fight Fitness may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. External services embedded on the platform (analytics providers, video players, affiliate networks) may set their own cookies governed by their own policies.

If you accept the marketing cookie category, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which lets us measure the results of our Meta ads and show them to people who have visited the site.
