    FAQ

How much does the package cost?

There are two prices, one per room type: twin / double share, and a private single room. Both are shown on this page, per person, and both are the final package price — you see it before you pay anything.

    Are flights included?

No. International flights are not part of the package price. We show four recommended itineraries, from London, Istanbul, Sydney and Melbourne, as a starting point.

Can I choose my own flight?

Yes. The recommended flights are suggestions, not a requirement. Book whatever itinerary works for you and send us the confirmed details.

    Can I travel alone?

Yes. This is an organised group trip, so you can come on your own and still arrive into a group. You can take a private single room, or a twin / double share where that suits you. If you travel alone, we'll ask you for an emergency contact before you arrive.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 2:00 pm to midnight. Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.

Can I have my own room?

Yes. The private single room option is exactly that — your own room for the twelve nights.

Do I need Muay Thai experience?

No. The trip is open to complete beginners as well as people who already train. If you like, tell us your level in the notes at the end of the booking form. Before training, let the instructors know about any injury.

    Can I add private training?

Private 1-to-1 sessions can be arranged with the trip's camp, subject to trainer availability. They are an optional extra, not part of the package price. Tick the box on the form and we'll come back to you with the detail.

    Is insurance included?

No. It isn't included and it isn't mandatory, but we strongly recommend travel medical insurance that covers Muay Thai training. If you wish, you can buy it directly from Genki Traveler, who cover training and sparring. We don't sell insurance, and we don't recommend one policy over another.

    When do I pay?

At the last step of the form, by card on Stripe's secure payment page. Your place is secured as soon as the payment goes through. If every room has already gone, the form puts you on the waitlist instead, with no payment.

What if I can't come after paying?

Payments are non-refundable. If you can't come, tell us by 27 October 2026 (three weeks before the trip starts) and 90% of what you paid becomes credit, valid for 12 months on any Elite Fight Fitness group trip or camp. After that date no credit is given. You can also give your place to someone else, free of charge, until 10 November 2026: just send us their details.

    What happens after I pay?

You get Stripe's receipt and a confirmation from us by email, and your room is yours. Before you fly we coordinate the remaining trip details with you: flights, airport pick-up and your eSIM.
