Tell us before you pay. Send us the gym, package and dates plus proof of the price you found — a working link or a screenshot — and we'll review it. If it's a genuine, comparable price for the same package and the camp approves, we'll match it. Price match can only be arranged before payment is completed.

It depends on what you book, and you always see the rule before you pay. Training-only packages and private sessions: cancel more than 14 days before your training start date and you get your money back minus a 10% cancellation fee and any payment processing fees; inside those 14 days the booking is non-refundable, and whether an exception can be made is the camp's own decision. Packages with accommodation follow the camp's own cancellation rule, shown on the package page and before you pay — many camps do not refund at all once paid. If the camp can't confirm your dates, you choose new dates, a different camp, or a 100% refund. Costs already spent on your behalf, such as visa paperwork, are never refundable.

Just ask us in writing. Rescheduling depends on availability and the camp's approval, and we'll do our best to find a date that works for you. Any price difference or fees are always shown before you confirm.

Every package lists exactly what's included — training, and depending on the tier, accommodation, meals or extras. You see the full inclusions for Bronze, Silver or Gold before you pay, so you know precisely what you're getting.

Every camp we list has been visited by our team; details are confirmed with each camp and checked against its reviews. We show their real Google ratings so you can judge for yourself.

You pay securely and your spot is reserved. Our team then confirms your dates with the camp — usually within 24 hours — and you'll receive a confirmation and a trip-prep guide by email. If the camp can't confirm your dates, you choose: new dates, a different camp, or a 100% refund of everything you paid.

We only share the details needed to confirm your booking with the camp you chose — never with camps you didn't pick — and we never sell your data. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.

Yes — we offer optional DTV visa documentation support. Not everyone needs a DTV, and approval is always decided by Thai immigration, so we'll help you understand what's right for your trip and handle the paperwork where we can.
