Do I pay the real camp price?

Yes. You pay the camp's real price with no hidden markup — the price you see is the price the camp charges. Our service is covered on the camp side, so we never inflate your bill.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Checkout is powered by Stripe — pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, PayPal or Klarna. Your payment is encrypted and we never store your full card details. You always see the full price and exactly what's included before you pay.

Can I split the cost?

Yes — choose Klarna at checkout to split your trip into 3 interest-free instalments: a third today, then again at 30 and 60 days. Klarna may run a soft check that does not affect your credit score.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can find and compare camps with no account and no commitment. We only ask for your details at the point you choose to book.

What if I find the same camp cheaper elsewhere?

Tell us before you pay. Send us the gym, package and dates plus proof of the price you found — a working link or a screenshot — and we'll review it. If it's a genuine, comparable price for the same package and the camp approves, we'll match it. Price match can only be arranged before payment is completed.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up to a point, and you see the terms before you pay. Cancel more than 7 days before your training start date and you get your money back minus a 10% cancellation fee and any payment processing fees. Inside that last week the booking is non-refundable — your place has been held and the camp has turned other people away — and whether an exception can be made is the camp's own decision. Costs already spent on your behalf, such as visa paperwork or a room a provider has already charged us for, are deducted either way.

Can I change my dates or reschedule?

Just ask us in writing. Rescheduling depends on availability and the camp's approval, and we'll do our best to find a date that works for you. Any price difference or fees are always shown before you confirm.

What's included in a package?

Every package lists exactly what's included — training, and depending on the tier, accommodation, meals or extras. You see the full inclusions for Bronze, Silver or Gold before you pay, so you know precisely what you're getting.

How do you choose the camps you list?

We only list camps we've verified ourselves. Every partner camp has been reviewed by our team, and we show their real Google ratings so you can judge for yourself.

What happens after I book?

You pay securely and your spot is reserved. Our team then confirms your dates with the camp — usually within 24 hours — and you'll receive a confirmation and a trip-prep guide by email.

Is my information safe?

We only share the details needed to confirm your booking with the camp you chose — never with camps you didn't pick — and we never sell your data. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.

Can you help with my visa?

Yes — we offer optional DTV visa documentation support. Not everyone needs a DTV, and approval is always decided by Thai immigration, so we'll help you understand what's right for your trip and handle the paperwork where we can.

What are add-ons, and how do I get them?

Add-ons like eSIM, travel insurance, airport transfers and visa support can be added and paid for securely at checkout. A few travel services are provided by trusted partners and open on their own site.
